Code of Conduct
The purpose of this website and the information provided is to provide gut health and nutrition support to clients through a food as medicine and nutritional therapy approach using a number of tools for aiding in understanding a person’s gut health and overall health, being Microbiome and Genomic Wellness DNA testing. Genomic wellness testing and microbiome testing as described in any part of this website is designed to aid people in understanding their health and gut health with more clarity and provide a food as medicine and nutritional therapy approach to improve digestion, gut health and overall wellness. As such, Genomic wellness DNA testing or microbiome testing are not diagnostic tools on their own. Any findings do not override medical advice by your GP or medical specialist, and it is essential that you do not depart from any existing treatment plans without first discussing it with your treatment team.

I am a registered full practicing member of CMA and abide by the code of conduct outlined by CMA. The vision and purpose of the CMA is to represent professional Naturopaths and Nutritionists.

Dispute Resolution
If there is a problem, you agree to meet with me in good faith to discuss it and try to make a genuine effort to find a win-win solution. If the problem cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, you agree to pursue mediation and alternative methods of dispute resolution, with litigation being a last resort. I commit to making a similar effort to resolve any disputes in a friendly manner.
If a dispute arises, you agree to refrain from engaging in any public discussions regarding the matter, communicate with me in a polite and respectful manner and avoid any behaviour or communication that could reasonably be expected to negatively impact my business or personal interests. I make a similar commitment to you.
This agreement is subject to the governing law of Queensland. If the dispute resolution processes fail, the courts of Queensland, and the Commonwealth of Australia, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
