This package is approx. a 4-5 month journey which covers the following:

1. Week 1: Initial 1 hour consult to go through health history

2. Week 2: Blood tests to be done via your GP

3. Week 3: Carry out 1 x SIBO test (fructose, lactulose and glucose) as per instructions

4. Week 3-4: Carry out 1 x Microba microbiome test as per instructions

5. Week 4: Blood test pathology analysis consultation

6. Week 6-7: 1 hour consultation to go through SIBO test (results will arrive 2-3 weeks from when sample is sent to lab)

7. Week 7-8: 1 hour consultation to go through Microba test (results will arrive 2-3 weeks from when sample is sent to lab

8. Week 9 - 15: Start SIBO Food Roadmap dietary program (this is approx. 4-6 week dietary program where you will get access with my guidance) & Supplement protocol included to support

9. Week 10-12: Follow up consult to check in on how you’re going and how you’re progressing in stage 1-2 of SIBO Food Roadmap

10. Week 15-18: Close out consult to check in on how you’re going and move you through Step 3-6 of SIBO Food roadmap

11. Week 20: Close out PDF report of Healing SIBO Biome program summarising consults, findings and health progression and maintenance going forward

Additional inclusions: Summary emails of all test findings, PDF report at week 20
