This package is approx. a 2-3 month journey which covers the following:

1. Week 1: Initial 1 hour consult to go through health history

2. Week 2: Carry out 1 x SIBO test (fructose, lactulose and glucose) as per instructions

3. Week 3-4: Carry out 1 x Microba or Cobiome microbiome test as per instructions

4. Week 4-5: 1 hour consultation to go through SIBO test (results will arrive 2-3 weeks from when sample is sent to lab)

5. Week 4-5: 1 hour consultation to go through Microba test (results will arrive 2-3 weeks from when sample is sent to lab

6. Week 6-7: Start SIBO Food Roadmap dietary program (this is approx. 4-6 week dietary program where you will get access with my guidance) & Supplement protocol included to support
