This is a payment plan for Nutrigenomic DNA and microbiome testing for 2 people. This payment plan will be split into 4 payments + $30 admin fee and direct debited every 2 weeks. Test kits will not be sent out until all funds are paid. Costs are non refundable if plan is cancelled.
