All items above will include a consultation , so you will get 2 x 1 hour consults when test reports come back from the lab (4-6 weeks)

*Blood analysis is an analysis of your blood tests results as carried out via your GP and includes a full analysis and 30 min consult

**Customised nutrition plan will include a quick 20 min consult and will incorporate all test report findings as well as supplement protocol

Terms of Payment plan - cost will incur a $30 admin fee due to extra fees and payment will be split into 4 payments that will be direct debited every 2 weeks, Test kit will be sent out once THIRD payment is made. All costs are non refundable.
