Individual 6 month Nutritional Program

Nutrition is more than just food and in 2023 this 6 month program will support you through key nutritional tests, consulting, food plan, supplement plan, educational guides and more!

This July intake includes the latest in Microbiome and Gene testing and include updated testing as well as private blood tests allowing results to return faster and without a GP visit.

What is included over 6 months:

1. Microbiome Test via Microba (Co Biome MetaXplore GI Plus details here )

2. Genomic wellness Plus DNA test via SmartDNA (looking at 160 DNA changes and genes governing vitamins, cardiovascular health, diabetes, inflammation, detoxification, neurotransmitter, coeliac, lactose , caffeine genes and more! details here)

3. Blood analysis (these will be done privately via iScreen allowing results to come straight to you and practitioner for analysis with PDF guide to walk you through it)

4. A total of 5 x 1:1 consultations of 60 min each that will include: Initial consult, DNA consult, Microbiome + blood test consult and 2 follow up consults at month 4 and 6.

5. 7 day Food plan using latest software to tailor exactly how you need to eat based on your test findings

6. Supplement protocol written for you based on your test findings

7. 2 x monthly 1 hour group calls to answer all your questions amongst other people in the program (this will start in month 2 onwards)

All consults are via Zoom , all food plans will be emailed as PDFs, and all test kits will be sent to you to carry out sample at home and send back to laboratory as per instructions from laboratory. This package is for Australian residents only.

There are no refunds on this package and any payment plan part payments will not be refunded. If a payment plan cannot be completed then all services will be suspended until payments are made.
