1:1 Individual 6 month Program

Nutrition is more than just food and in 2023 this 6 month program is designed to support you through key nutritional tests, consulting, food plan, supplement plan, educational guides and more!

What is included over 6 months:

1. Full microbiome test (including IBS insights)

2. Nutrigenomic DNA test (looking at 160 DNA changes and genes governing vitamins, cardiovascular health, diabetes, inflammation, detoxification, neurotransmitter, coeliac, lactose , caffeine genes and more!)

3. Blood analysis (done via your GP with PDF guide to walk you through it)

4. All consultations for the above 3 tests (each test consult requires 30min - 60 minutes) and analysis including detailed summary emails for all findings above

5. 7 day Food plan using latest software to tailor exactly how you need to eat based on your test findings

6. Supplement protocol written for you based on your test findings

7. Follow consults to check in on your progress in months 4 and 5 and 6 for 1 hour

8. Food plan update and supplement update at month 4 and then again at month 6

All consults are via Zoom or phone, all food plans will be emailed as PDFs, and all test kits will be sent to you to carry our sample at home and send back to laboratory as per instructions from laboratory. This package is for Australian residents only.
